This is the proposal.
Thursday, 3rd June 2010.
I know it's a bit far,
but it's a REAL AWESOME place for a class outing...
EAST COAST PARK.
We can book a BBQ pit.
Like really spend one day AS A CLASS.
Like, maybe meet about 12?
Then we'll travel there together
We'll go cycling
Play at the beach
Go play volleyball?
HAHAHA.
C'mon,
It'll be so FUN.
We'll play by the beach,
Then we can have a BBQ.
All the way till about 8-ish, 9-ish.
I mean, like. WHOOTS.
haha
You know,
almost every 62'08ian I've spoken to,
tells me they miss 6-2.
Then let's go.
Let's go spend one more day together.
I'm telling you.
It's not going to be long before we go our seperate ways.
People become out of reach.
So far away.
So grab it.
Grab every chance we have to spend some good times together
I figured life's a gift and I don't intend on wasting it.
I hope you feel the way too.
Life's SUCH a wonderful gift.
Make memories.
Make memories and hold them dear to your heart.
You know, maybe about like 10 years down the road,
we don't even talk to each other anymore.
We don't see each other.
All we have left are memories.
Memories. Such a precious thing,
That I don't lose.
But just make more and more of them.
The past few outings.
I see a handful of people going out.
And it's always the same few.
Is that 6-2?
No.
6-2 isn't just that handful of people.
think, without Siddartha in the class,
Would we have made fun of Mrs. Yacoob?
Without Jasmine,
would we have laughed at Mr Latiff?
Without Faeriq,
Would we have any laughter in class?
Without PinZhang,
Would Miss Loh make us all laugh by going out of the classroom to ask
PinZhang what he was looking at?
Without Siruo,
would we have the WORST HANDWRITING IN CLASS?
We have 42 people in this class.
FORTY-TWO.
Forty-two different Persons,
of different race,
different religion,
different morals,
different mindsets,
different personalities,
different gifts,
different flaws...
Without any ONE of these 42 people.
We wouldn't be the same,
Everyone of us has made a contribution to the bonding of this class.
Without one, we'd wouldn't have laughed so much.
And all these diferences,
we have learnt to embrace them.
We bonded so well.
We were so strong,
let's prove it.
Bring it all back now.
On the third of June 2010.
I am going to clear my Schedule.
I'm going to request you do so too.
I hope at LEAST more than HALF the class will make this trip.
And to those who have read my post.
I pray that you'll tell other 6-2'08ians
and sms them,
or whatever,
reach out to them
and ask them to come.
Clear their schedule and stuff.
I'm gonna leave my number here.

whoevers coming,

Indicating your name.
I wanna know who's going ASAP.
I know it's a long time away.
But I wanna book you guys NOW.
So once you make the commitment,
please don't back out.
Work your schedules around it.
